Building Permit Reports

The Planning Office tracks the number and dollar amount of new construction of structures (not including the price of land) on a yearly basis. Building Permits for new construction of residential and commercial structures can be found at County, Planning Region, and Municipal levels from 1996 forward. Map of the Month

Maps-of-the-Month are provided by The Pennsylvania State Data Center (PaSDC), the commonwealth's official source for population and economic statistics. The center is housed at Penn State Harrisburg within the Institute of State and Regional Affairs. The PaSDC also serves as Pennsylvania's liaison to the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of the Census and as representative to the Federal State Cooperative Program for Population Estimates and Federal State Cooperative Program for Population Projections.
