IN RE: REDISTRICTING OF VOTING DISTRICTS : NO. 2006-27CM
OF FERGUSON TOWNSHIP

AND NOW, September 6, 2006, upon the filing of the Petition to Alter Boundaries of Election Districts filed by the Centre County Board of Elections, the relief sought by that petition is granted.

The following precincts shall be realigned and have their boundaries adjusted as set forth in the petition:

Precinct #47, Ferguson North One; Precinct #48, Ferguson North Two; Precinct #49, Ferguson Northeast One; and Precinct #50, Ferguson Northeast Two.

Furthermore, Precinct #47, Ferguson North One, shall be subdivided to create new precincts hereafter known as Precinct #88, Ferguson North Three, and Precinct #89 Ferguson West Central.

The boundaries of all of these realigned and newly-created precincts shall be set forth in the petition filed by the Centre County Board of Elections.

All precinct realignment and additions shall be effective for the general election in the Fall of 2006 and thereafter.

IN RE: REDISTRICTING OF VOTING DISTRICTS : NO. 2006-26CM
OF SPRING TOWNSHIP

AND NOW, September 6, 2006, upon the filing of the Petition to Alter Boundaries of Election Districts filed by the Centre County Board of Elections, and after hearing on the same, it is hereby ordered that the Centre County Board of Elections shall divide the district formerly known as "Spring North" into districts now known as "Spring North," "Spring East" and "Spring Southwest." The boundaries of those various districts shall be as outlined in the petition.

This redistricting shall be effective for the general election in the fall of 2006 and thereafter.
