[This notice is published according to the Federal Voting Accessibility for the Elderly and Handicapped Act (P.L. 98-435) and the term inaccessible is used in conjunction with that Act and not the Americans with Disabilities Act.] A Telecommunication Device (TDD) is provided for hearing/speech impaired by calling 1-800-654-5984 and requesting to speak to the Bureau of Commissions, Elections and Legislation at 1-717-787-5280.
